• At Ohana Sunshine, we want you to feel great about every pair of socks you buy from us. If something isn’t quite right, we’re happy to help.

• 🔸 Items must be unworn, unused, and returned with the original packaging and tags to qualify for a return.
  
• 🔸 Please email us, we will send you a prepaid return shipping label and deduct the shipping cost from your refund.
  
• 🔸 Defective or there was a mistake on our end, we’ll cover the return shipping cost entirely.

• Need a Different Size or Style? Here’s How to Exchange:

• 🔸 We’ll send you a prepaid return label to ship the item back.
• 🔸 Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll send you a store credit in the form of a digital gift card, minus return shipping.
• 🔸 You can then use the gift card to purchase the correct size or any other style you love.

• This way, you don’t have to wait for a back-and-forth exchange—we put the power in your hands to reorder when you’re ready!

• We’re so sorry if something isn’t right with your order! Please inspect your items upon arrival and contact us immediately at hello@ohanasunshine.com if anything is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We’ll make it right as quickly as possible.

• If you received an Ohana Sunshine item as a gift and need to return it, we’re happy to help!

Free shipping is automatically applied to orders over $59 and typically arrives within 5–8 business days. For orders under $59, shipping is calculated at checkout based on the package's actual or dimensional (DIM) weight via USPS.

• Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking information. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

• If you haven’t received your order within 14 days of your shipping confirmation, reach out to us at hello@ohanasunshine.com with your name and order number—we’ll be happy to help.

• At Ohana Sunshine, we use thoughtfully crafted combed cotton blends and regular cotton blends in our socks, combining materials like polyester, nylon, and spandex for the perfect balance of comfort, durability, and fit.

• While many believe that 100% cotton socks are better because they’re all-natural, they actually come with downsides—no stretch, poor shape retention, shrinkage after washing, and sweat absorption without wicking.

• That’s why most high-quality socks are made with cotton blends. Adding performance fibers helps create socks that stay on, last longer, and feel better all day.

• Combed cotton is a high-quality cotton that undergoes an extra step to remove short fibers and impurities, resulting in softer, stronger, and more durable yarn—perfect for making comfortable, long-lasting socks. The process includes carding, where cotton fibers are carefully brushed to align them and eliminate debris before spinning, creating a smoother, more uniform texture than regular cotton with superior softness, strength, and wear resistance.

• At Ohana Sunshine, we use combed cotton blends in our no-show socks and colorful crew socks to give you that ultra-soft feel, enhanced durability, and a better fit that lasts.

• Yes, all Ohana Sunshine socks have cushioning—each designed for different needs.
