What are the Fabric Components of the Socks?

No Show Socks:

Our fabric components are Combed cotton (72%), Polyester(22%), Nylon (3%) and Spandex (3%)

Hiking Socks:

Cotton (52%), Polyester(16%), Nylon (28%) and Spandex (4%)

What is "Combed Cotton" and how is it different from pure cotton?

Combed cotton is softer than regular cotton because it doesn't have impurities or protruding threads.

Combed cotton is also a kind of cotton. Combing refers to a process. The comber removes short cotton fibers and impurities in the cotton during the spinning process, leaving long and neat fibers. The yarn produced is also smoother and tougher, it has less tendency to develop pills

Why Adding Cloud Cushioned in the Footbed?

The cloud cushioned are designed with an air-cushion towel bottom. The air cushion covers the foot, providing an excellent cushioning function, reducing direct contact pressure with the ground and significantly reducing sports injuries. Suitable for all kinds of sports, such as basketball, running, baseball, football, volleyball, tennis, gym sports, and leisure walking, etc.

Why You Need Anti Odor Treatment in Socks?

Anti-odor treatment inhibits bacterial growth from the source:

This kind of deodorant socks directly reduces the generation of bacteria and mold in the material or design and reduces the chance of foot odor. Once bacteria and mold cannot grow, it is not easy to produce odor even under favorable conditions. 


Reduce the bacteria to breed:  

Usually after wearing socks for sometimes, the humidity, and temperature increase, the odor will also follow the aggravation. Anti-odor treatment creates dry conditions, so that you can wearing them for a long time.

How do I wash my Ohana Sunshine Socks?

No Show Socks:

- Combed cotton can handle being machine washed; We recommend washing in cold or warm water, but you will want to avoid hot water by reducing the amount of shrinkage. 

- Hang to dry, air dry, or tumble dry on NO heat will prolong the life of the silicon grip as long as possible. 

- Please do not iron or dry clean, nor use bleach.

How to take care of socks to avoid pilling?

The number one cause of pilling is excessive rubbing against other surfaces, and this is a normal phenomenon in socks woven with natural fibers (cotton, wool).

Try to turn the socks inside-out, hand washing, and line drying; you'll be pleasantly surprised at just how long fabrics can last.

We are currently shipping to U.S. only (Excluding U.S Virgin Island, Puerto Rico, Guam, and Other US Territories).  We'll open up orders to these destination and other countries shortly - stay tuned.

Free Shipping Over $59:

- We offer free standard shipping on orders of $59 or more being shipped within the US. This is calculated after all discounts have been applied to the order.

Orders below $59 :

- Shipping charges will be calculated based on actual weight of the package or its DIM weight by USPS.

What’s your return policy?

At Ohana Sunshine, we want you to be 100% happy with the things we make and send to you.  Please read the full details of this return policy to understand how.

We have a 60-day return policy, which means you have 60 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Note that we do not offer free returns. Please use a shipping company of your choice to return your item(s). 

Damages and issues 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
