Shipping Policy

We are currently shipping to U.S. only (Excluding U.S Virgin Island, Puerto Rico, Guam, and Other US Territories).  We'll open up orders to these destination and other countries shortly - stay tuned. 

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at hello@ohanasunshine.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Free shipping over $49 purchase:

  • We offer free standard shipping on orders of $49 or more being shipped within the US. This is calculated after all discounts have been applied to the order.
  • 5-8 business days

Orders below $49:

- Shipping charges will be calculated based on actual weight of the package or its DIM weight by USPS.
