We Get It — Sometimes Things Aren’t Quite Right. At Ohana Sunshine, we want you to love what you ordered. But if something’s not quite up to your expectations, we understand — and we’re happy to make it right.

🕒 60 Days Return Window
  • 🔸 We offer a 60-day return policy, which means you have 60 days from the date you received your order to request a return.
🚚 Damaged or Incorrect Orders
  • If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately with photo proof. We’ll make it right.
✅ Return Eligibility
  • To be eligible for a return:

  • 🔸 Items must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in their original packaging
  • 🔸 A receipt or proof of purchase is required
  • 🔸 Final sale items and gift cards are non-refundable
📦 How to Start a Return
  • 🔸 Please email us at hello@ohanasunshine.com with your order number and the reason for your return.
  • 🔸 We’ll send you a return label and deduct the shipping cost from your refund.
  • 🔸 Once we receive and inspect the return, you’ll get your refund back to your original payment method.
  • 🔸 Please note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • As a small business, we’re not able to offer free returns at this time — but we promise to make the process as easy as possible.
💳 Refunds
  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email of your refund status.

  • 🔸 Refund timeline: 1–3 business days after approval
  • 🔸 Refunds are issued to your original payment method
  • 🔸Original shipping fees are non-refundable

  • The easiest way to make an exchange is to:

  • 🔸 Place a new order for the item you want.
  • 🔸 Return the original item following our return process.
  • 🔸 We’ll refund your original payment method once we receive and inspect your return, (minus return shipping if we provided the label).

  • This way, your new favorite socks can get to you quicker — and you don’t have to wait for us to receive the return before getting the new pair in motion.
